Just When You Thought the Voting Was Over!

While everyone has been so focused on the 2008 Presidential Elections for the past few months, we at the HSBA Post have been working overtime preparing all of the nominations and checking to make sure the blogs qualify and setting up poll… well, Heather, Dawn, Dianne and Lisa have done much of it, but it has been a lot of worked that has paid off!
You can now go over to the Homeschool Blog Awards and check out all the Nominees!

    Thanks for mentioning Life Nurturing Education. I really appreciate it.

    Still have so many decision to make. Thankfully, the fate of a nation doesn’t depend on these votes. It makes it a lot easier. ;)

    :BG: No kidding! I am glad we planned this right after the Election, just to let the pressures off and have some fun!!

    I think these decisions are even harder, because so many of them ARE GOOD!! No lesser of two(or more) evils here!

    :)
    Thanks for coming by Renae!

    Thanks for picking me! I’m giving birth in a week and a day, so I barely have time to think about all of this. So, in other words, I need all the help I can get…lol! =)

Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: יהוה our Elohim, יהוה is one!
{Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Mark 12:28-30}

Welcome

Hello friends and welcome! The coffee is fresh, the tea is hot, so pull up a comfy chair and sit with me for a bit.

Who am I? Nobody special; just a flawed wife and mom, daughter, sister, and friend chosen by Yahveh to follow and tell about him.

Jacque Mrs. Jacque Dixon and her husband, Matt, train their nine children up in Yahveh's narrow way, home schooling on their small homestead in Indiana. She is co-owner and Manager of Gleaning the Harvest, a mission founded by the Dixons, presenting widowed/single mother home school families to Yahweh's people. She is also owner and publisher of Training Sons to Be Men, and Training Daughters, Teaching Wives. Walking Therein is where Jacque writes encouraging home school articles, articles of faith, and the daily lives of the Dixon family.

Please consider helping support widowed and single mom home school families. See information about Gleaning the Harvest below.
