Growing in Grace October 2008
Posted By Jacque on October 1, 2008

I think time has officially gained wings. Either that or we are so blessed and busy that the days fly by! Either way, I cannot believe another year is almost coming to an end. I can always tell when the year is winding down, because it is always as the leaves are changing, Mom is wanting to visit (she loves Indiana leaves in the Fall), and Amanda is asking what we should do for her birthday. Well, the leaves are changing, Mom has decided to move to IN, and Amanda will be 19 in 3 weeks. Sigh… another month has come and gone.
2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
Here we are in October 2008. I can hardly believe it. We have published Growing in Grace Magazine every month since February 2008. That first issue, I think we put it together in about a week and a half! A new venture, new friends and fun learning! And it has not stopped yet!
Ecclesiastes 3:11 KJV
“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”
I am especially excited about the October Issue, because my oldest and most excellent daughter, Amanda, is our Grace Girl this month. She has an interview and is on the cover. I don’t think I will ever be able to express how proud I am to be the Momma to any of our wonderful children!!
John 13:15 KJV
“For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.”Amanda and Jocelyn each worked hard to get the PDFs published for August and September, so be sure to take a look and see what a great job they each did!! They are both quite talented in layout and design, and we are very blessed to have them on staff here at GGM!

Hello Mrs. Dixon,
I was so happy to hear about your mother moving up here! That will be so good for your family.
I hope Wilbur is doing well. I can’t believe it’s already October! And this weather feels perfect for fall! Ahh, time flies so fast.

Ahhh Breezy… It has been so good for her to be here.
God is good and faithful to us when we seek him and follow his commands. May he bless you and you family. May he open your eyes to those who would deceive you in these last days.
The LORD bless you all truly.
Mrs. Dixon
[Sorry. Didn't know you would get that into your Inbox. It was meant as a prayer from me on my blog. I saw the date and couldn't believe it, so I commented, not intending it to be mailed to you.]
