I do believe a lot of times it is to get attention or to make up for low self-esteem, but not all who dress this way have these motives. Sometimes they just don't know. Sometimes they are new to the conviction and may not be where we are yet in that. It is a matter of Yah's leading. We need to gently love and lead them. I believe this letter does that from the perspective of a young man. Shalom~ I don’t necessarily agree with that assessment.
