Inscribed in the Palm of His Hand

Jacque | March 19, 2010

Friends have been asking me for days if things are ok here, and as much as I want to send out a resounding YES!! well, I can’t. Things are not all right.  My heart is in a million pieces as are all of ours. While I cannot share the details of what our family is [...]

Shabbat Psalm & Praise

Jacque | March 13, 2010

Exodus 20:8
“Remember the day, Shabbat, to set it apart for God.
Ex 20:10
but the seventh day is a Shabbat for ADONAI your God.
Ex 20:11
For in six days, ADONAI made heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. This is why ADONAI blessed the day, Shabbat, and separated it [...]

Restore My Inmost Being

Jacque | March 7, 2010

I missed my Saturday Psalm & Praise yesterday. I am trying to stay off of the computer on Shabbat, and if I don’t have it done, I don’t get to do it until Saturday night/Sunday. I am trying to be much better about preparing ahead and having it finished. If you didn’t get yours done [...]

Saturday Psalm & Praise Meme at Walking Therein

Jacque | December 31, 2009

In July, 2007, I had been wanting to begin a meme to worship Yahveh one day a week. I wanted it to be a worship meme in a manner different than most Christians are used to. I didn’t want to post the most popular worship songs just to do a post and have a great [...]

Who Is Under the Curse?

Jacque | December 13, 2009

As Christians, we think we have been taught all we need to know to be his people. Have you ever questioned, Who are those who “bear his name” according to the Scriptures? Many, many people today call themselves Christians. Do they all “bear his name”? What sets them apart to him? The way they talk? They way they look? Because they once prayed a prayer, asking for Jesus to live in their hearts? Remember, this is Yahweh talking here, not Jesus. We are talking about HIS name.

Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: יהוה our Elohim, יהוה is one!
and you are to love YHVH your Elohim with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your understanding, and with all your strength.' 6 These words, which I am ordering you today, are to be on your heart; 7 and you are to teach them carefully to your children. You are to talk about them when you sit at home, when you are traveling on the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
{Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Mark 12:28-30}

Welcome

Welcome to my online home, Walking Therein. I am a 40-something wife and Momma, trying to walk therein, squeezing in moments of Scripture reading, praise and worship and just quiet between the breastfeeding, child training, cooking, cleaning, child training, laundry, home school, child training, online ministries, and spending individual moments with hubby, adult children, Middles, Littles, and the infant.
Tis the life the Father gave me, and I am blessed to walk in it.
Did I mention the child training?

"Who am I? Nobody special; just a flawed wife and mom, daughter, sister, and friend chosen by YHVH to follow and tell about him."

I am a Believer in the one true God and the Messiah, his Son, whose name is Yehoshua. We keep his commandments because that is what his people do.
"...God's people, those who observe his commands and exercise Yehoshua's faithfulness."
Revelation 12, 14, 22

Jacque Mrs. Jacque Dixon and her husband, Matt are busy preparing and training their nine children up in YHVH's narrow way.
